Nora Seymour

Nora Seymour is internationally recognized for her diagnostic skills and ability to design and implement "the strategic plan." She is unequaled in her ability to match training results precisely to organizational goals. She has also assisted a number of major companies in determining competencies required for successful leaders in the 1990's as well as in identifying training needs in today's corporate environment of retrenchment and reorganization. Leadership development and sales training are her special areas of interest.

Nora has extensive experience in the management, design, marketing, and delivery of training and development programs with corporations, government, and educational agencies. Her line management experience, combined with a solid understanding of social science principles, give Nora rare insight into today's complex environment.

Nora's corporate experience is extensive. She began her career with IBM Canada, and was the National Support Manager at Xerox Canada. As Director of Training and Development at Nortel, Nora developed training curriculums for all executive and professional employees.

Nora is that rare individual in whom solid academic grounding and hands?on experience blend to create the ideal corporate consultant. She has an exceptional talent for seeing "the big picture" plus the skills to plan, develop, and implement strategy.

Nora's academic credentials are impressive. As Associate Dean, Executive Development, Nora launched and managed the Executive MBA Program at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Toronto. She also created, directed, and executed other successful Executive Development Programs for the Faculty.
