Sue Annis Hammond

Sue Annis Hammond is a Change Management Consultant based in Plano, Texas. She has over ten years of internal consulting experience from her work with Meredith Corporation and The Principal Financial Group. Sue was the Minninger Foundation Fellow while completing her Masters of Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University Graduate College of Business. In 1994, Sue founded Kodiak Consulting, which specializes in the area of corporate culture change.

Sue also founded The Thin Book Publishing Co, after the success of her first book, The Thin Book of Appreciative Inquiry. Over 75,000 copies of the Thin Book have been sold worldwide since Oct 96. In 1998, Sue co-edited and produced Lessons from the Field: Applying Appreciative Inquiry, the first book of case studies on Appreciative Inquiry. Lessons was honored as a finalist in the 1998 Independent Book Publishers Awards.

As President of Thin Book Publishing Co, Sue is dedicated to providing thin books to provide just-in-time cutting edge knowledge to organizational managers and members. Sue has found that her experience as an entrepreneur has added value to her work as a consultant.

Sue also has a Masters in English from SUNY Fredonia. Her research has been presented at The Academy of Management and Organizational Development Network national meetings and published in the Journal of Business Ethics and The Inner Edge Newsletter.
