Linsey Cook

Linsey Cook is a Project Director and member of the leader team at The Pacific Institute, South Africa (Pty) Ltd. The Pacific Institute operates in the arena of Organisation-wide Transformation Consulting and Support and is affiliated closely with international offices of The Pacific Institute world-wide.

Linsey's Honour's Degree in Human Resource Development and 12 years experience in the field has equipped her to focus on the people-related side of organisational transformation, which provides the often forgotten, but vital, ingredient to successful process re-engineering and change management initiatives.

Linsey works with a wide range of leading client organisations in the corporate sector. Some of these include the Petro-chemical industry, Banking and Finance, Mining, Manufacturing and Food Services. Linsey believes in the systems approach to improving the quality of thinking of individuals and teams, thus contributing to organisational effectiveness.

Linsey also has a Diploma in Higher Education and 10 years experience in the field of Women's Development Training. Linsey lives in Johannesburg with her two sons Stephen and Ryan. She enjoys interior design and sport.
