The Awareness phase identifies the unique situation of your organization. The Acceptance phase engages the entire organization and aligns them toward one vision, reducing the resistance to change and creating forward movement. With the results of the Organizational Effectiveness Inventory (OEI) and the qualitative interviews, critical issues have been identified.

The Action phase addresses these key areas. It consists of a review of initiatives you may already have in place, to determine if there is alignment. An action plan is established with both current and new initiatives.
